MP of the Year 2024: Dr. Moisés Zefanias Chiziane, MP for SOAD in Mozambique
The State of the African Diaspora (SOAD) is pleased to announce that Dr. Moisés Zefanias Chiziane, MP representing SOAD in Mozambique, has been named MP of the Year 2024. This distinction is awarded in recognition of his outstanding commitment and central role in the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between SOAD and the Republic of Mozambique on December 26, 2024. This historic agreement marks a significant advancement in relations between the two countries that recognize each other as sovereign states, willing to collaborate within a Pan-African framework.
